1. Data we collect

  • Account data such as email, display name, country, and sign-in method.
  • Billing and subscription status, but not full card numbers.
  • Basic technical and usage logs such as IP address, device/browser data, session history, search activity, and reader interactions.
  • Messages you send to support.

2. How we use it

We use personal data to operate Jerome, authenticate users, process billing, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot the product, and improve the reader and search experience.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help run Jerome, such as hosting, email delivery, authentication, analytics, and payment processors. We may also disclose data when required by law, court order, or a security investigation.

4. Retention

We keep account, billing, and security records for as long as needed to operate the service, handle disputes, meet accounting obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse.

5. Your controls

You can update core account settings inside Jerome. You may also request account deletion, subject to billing, security, and legal retention requirements.

6. Children

Jerome is not intended for children under 13.
